Born in Colombia and trained in both civil and common law, he is licensed in Florida, DC, and Colombia, helping Latin American founders and investors enter and scale in the U.S. market with clear, practical counsel. Jairo is also a licensed real-estate broker, bringing dealmaking fluency to transactions, commerce, and property. He advises in Spanish and English.
